Quartz fiber needle mat is a high-temperature resistant, interlocked non-woven insulation material made from quartz fibers without the need for binders, through mechanical needling. It can withstand continuous temperatures up to 1000° C, and due to its higher purity, it offers superior thermal stability and electrical insulation compared to high silica needle mats.
